Problems Syncing - exchange 2003/3417
Hi everyone,
We have Level one Access point - connected to an SME530 VPN box. Users have IPAQ 4150 and rx3417. We have exchange 2003.
Users connect to WIFI then go into Active Sync and click the Sync button. It automatically, logs on through a VPN connect and starts Syncing their Email/Calendar/Contacts..
My problem
Hangs on large attachments, also hangs during a large Sync -
Error code Dev_10
Any ideas or trouble shooting tips would be helpful..
Contacted HP support and they weren't helpful at all - like their trouble shooting out of a books and had never seen or used the product.
