Greetings,

I have a problem while sync'ng rx3715. The problem occurs when the ipaq is inserted in the cradle.

It's happening on a WINDOWS NT 4 (it's a work), with ActiveSync 3.7.1 and using serial as connection.

I get the error "Unable to to find CEUTIL.DLL"

Any ideas... I have reinstalled ActiveSync a few times now.
