Surely a simple thing to do? Apparently not...

I'm trying to remove a file from the My Music folder on my 3715, but after deleting the item from the folder I get an unresolved item when I sync my handheld with my PC!

I had this same problem with the audio item that is already installed on the 3715 (courtesy of HP) - some thing about 'Prelude to Katie'...

Please can someone tell me how to remove an item from this folder?

I'm assuming you deleted from the PPC itself, try deleting the file from the folder on your desktop and than try to sync. I also have this problem from time to time.

Thanks for your reply. I had already done as you said, but souldn't sync correctly. I tried again this morning and it worked fine. Strange...
