I'm trying to sync mr rx3715 with my PC, but I'm getting the above error message. Ithink I've only made a couple of amendments to the calendar on my handheld, so what could be the problem?

Have you tried a soft reset?

Also we will need more information - what type of error?

A soft reset is like rebooting your desktop PC - it is normally the first thing you should perform if something 'strange' seems to be happening to you machine.

Your manual will tell you how to perform it - but there is usually a small hole on the back of a machine that you can stick the stylus into.
