file changes not updating when synching

I am using active sync 3.7.1 build 4034, with 2 PC's running Windows XP Pro sp2 and recently I have found that any changes to exisitng files are not made when I sync my 2210. Calendar entries sync OK and if I create a new file it copies across. Any suggestings to solve this issue?

I must be half asleep this morning! I have resolved my problem, I was looking in the wrong folder for the synchronised files, they are of course in the folder "Pocket_PC My Documents" not in "My Documents".
