ActiveSync problem with Notes
Hi,
I have a IPAQ 4155 with Activesync 3.7.1 running on it. Ever since I categorized my Outlook Notes on my desktop PC, I am having synchronization issues with my IPAQ. For EACH of the categorized Notes, I am getting the following error: Cannot synchronize '<Note Name>' with the device. It may be in use or you may not have enough device memory. Neither is the Note in use on my device nor is my device clost to getting it's memory full. I have tried Chris De Herrera's Troubleshooting Guide and it didn't help me out. Any help is appreciated.

How have you categorised them?
If you have put them in folders then that will cause the issue as Activesync can only sync notes in the default directory.

Activesync does not have the ability to sync notes categories. If you want additional control over your notes then you will need third party software - such as Pocket informant (allows them top be shown in a hierachical format on your PPC (but not on your desktop )), or something like PhatPad etc.
