My IPAQ 4155 had a running partnership with my office desktop till last week.. Then the miserable happened and I had to reinstall my win2k professsional.. Since then I am unable to get this working..

I d/w the latest active sync 3.8 and installed it too but it just would not recongnise the ipaq.. I think the usb driver on the win2k is not recongnising the IPAQ device.. not sure...

read thru the other posts on this site.. tried the reinstall of the office XP too for the mapi dlls.. no luck....

Why the F***** these guys make these s/w so diff to comprehend

Anyway, cant change that but hope that someone amongst you can give me some clues to look for and fix it...
