one Time Activesync On A Ipaq 6340

Hi,

I have recently bought a PDA (hp Ipaq6340)my problems is.

- I cannot syncronize my PDA with my computer. I have
isntalled activesync 3.7 and later also trying to get it work
with 3.8 but it still not sync.
I have also reset my computer, my PDA and tried everything as
it said in the manual and even the online hp helpdesk.

I have no firewall installed on my computer.
I have also tried other computer with Windows XP and still it
wont reconize my PDA. what is the solution for this problem??

Thanks...

When you say you cannot sync - does it recognise the device or does the word "Guest" appear?

It was possible two times syncronize with windows 2000 SP4. If I move the toestel on crdle, I see sometimes that windows have found new device. But further happened nothing.

Regards,
Have you tried a HARD reset of your device (you will lose all the data and programmes installed).
