4700 Usb Cradle Is Cause Of Non Sync

I have discoverd that the usb cradle is the cause of a sudden onset of
non syncing.. it will charge the 4700..but it wont sync.. im sure the problem resides in the connector that fits into the 4700.. but no matter its on its way to hp this morning to get replaced with a new one. THIS IS JUST TO LET YOU KNOW THAT IF YOU HAVE ALOT OF INTERMITTENT SYNC ISSUES
OR IT FAILS TO AT ALL... YOU MIGHT HAVE A BAD CRADLE...
