Automatic BT ActiveSync???

I've setup my h1940 to sync via BT but it can be a bit of a hassle to manually sync everytime I get up from my desk or sit down at my desk and I was wondering if there was anyway to configure ActiveSync 3.8 to automatically sync with my iPaq whenever I'm in range?
