Hoping that someone can help me out here...

I used Intellisync to transfer my contacts across from my PC to my IPaq. Now when I go into my contacts in Informant I notice that nearly all of them are listed under the '#ab' tab; how do I get them to appear under the correct alphabetical tab, & how do I stop this happening again? (3 of them appear under the correct tab, as well as under the '#ab' tab - all the others just appear the once, under the 'ab#' tab.)

Who needs the alphabet anyway?
