cryptic error messages
Active sync has been working fine for months. This morning when trying to sync the sync happens correctly but I get an error message saying 'attention required' Yeah? what attention? gimme a hint Microsoft!
This has to rank alongside with the resolve items link when for some reason a sync fails. Not surprisingly unless you've changed something that also fails. Wouldn't it be nice if you actually got some information as to why it failed.....? Rant over! Robin | |||

Yup, tried that.
After some mucking around the inbox syncs without the attention required message but it still applies to calendar, contacts and tasks. It isn't a huge issue because the sync does happen, it's just annoying. In many ways active sync strikes me as a half finished program. Robin | |||
