Help!!! Can't synchronise lotus notes inbox
Hi there, I am new to ipaw world, I have a H3970 and I have windows XP on my laptop, running lotus notes and not outlook. I have activesync on the laptop, which recognises the ipaq fine, and then I have intellisync which I understand is required to sync lotus. However, I can't seem to sync my inbox!!! help!!! are there settings I have to change on the ipaq itself? Thanks so much - you'll stop me jumping out the window if you can help!

(Hope you haven't got further than the window ledge yet!)
I don't use Lotus Notes but I do use Intellisync, so I'll have a go at helping you... When you installed Intellisync there is a screen that allows you to choose which parts you want installed - did you go for a full install or did you select which parts you wanted (e.g. I don't use Lotus so I didn't install any of the Lotus stuff)? Have you checked Pumatech's site to see if this issue has arisen elsewhere & been addressed? http://www.sync.com/support/intellisync.html What version of Intellisync are you using, & is it compatible with your version of Lotus Notes? (the above link will help you with this) Check to see if a patch has been released to fix this problem. Check the Knowledgebase to see if there's a fix or workaround. Let us know how you get on...(& close the window so you're not tempted again!) | ||||

It would make sense that the Lotus Notes conduits would need to be installed and configured to sync properly. I agree with sugar_cube on checking Pumatech's site in their knowledge base.
