new to forum, looking for advice.
new dell 9300 notebook, trying to install activesync. installs ok, but I do not get the wizard for the partnership options. i have successfully installed the 3.7.1 on my desktop computers. pc is a ipaq 4155. without the partnership it will not connect.

any help is much appreciated.

Did you follow all the steps in the wizard?

ie) NOT have the cradle connected before you install Activesync?
Only connect your cradle and PPC when requested by AS.

Another question - how many other PC's have you sync'd with your iPaq - AS only allows two partnerships.

If you open AS on your laptop (when not connected) and go to File>Delete Partnerships - is anything there?
