Hi I have a problem when I click on explor button in ActiveSync it gives me an error " Critical communication Service have Failed to Start, try setting your mobile device then click connect again"

I need to get the button explor working so that i can transfer to my SD card.

Have you tried a soft reset?

Can you explore the card using explorer on the PPC?

You don't actually have to use explorer on AS to transfer files to your SD card. Most of the time I use Windows Explorer on my PC for all my PPC transfers.
