mobile device is idle
I have established partnership between PC and iPAQ and transfer files from iPAQ to PC,but I wasn't capable to transfer files from PC to iPAQ.I clicked explore button at activesync and mobile device tag is grey.What should I do?

It sounds as though your AS link has been dropped. If you open up Explorer on your PC is your Ipaq showing in the left hand pane? If not, have you tried removing your Ipaq from the cradle and then replacing it? If this doesn't work, try rebooting your PC.
