Still Can't Install ActiveSync - Help
Hi all,
I posted in the 4700 series forum yesterday about a problem I am having installing active sync off of the CD. When I try, nothing happens. I downloaded version 3.8 from the website, but when I run it many files are extracted and then ... nothing! In the other thread someone suggested trying to install in safe mode. How do I do this? And has anyone else had similar problems? Any other suggestions? Thanks for your help. | |||

Can you look in Control Panel>Add/remove programmes.
Is Activesync there? If so uninstall it, unplug the cradle, reboot your PC, soft reset you unit and try again. Remember do NOT plug the cradle in until ActiveSync tells you to. | |||||
