ActiveSync ignoring categories

I used to be able to filter what was synced from my ipaq 4150 to my work pc using the categories, and telling active sync what to sync and what not to sync.

i made a boo-boo and used an ipaq 2110 cradle to sync, and now i've lost the ability to use the category filters.

i've reinstalled activesync, and even upped the rom on the ipaq to 1.1, and still the behavior remains fubared.

any ideas?

Hi nonsequitur. Welcome to the forum. Using a different cradle should have had no affect on the ActiveSync software itself or the categories you had set up. Most recent iPAQs use the same basic cradle anyway. Are you sure some other setting hadn't been changed in ActiveSync?
