Hi All

My company has recently upgraded our server hardware and ever since I am having problems with Active Sync and e-mail on three different devices.

The problem is basically this, when I sync the device in the cradle, over WI-FI or Bluetooth Dial-up to the exchange server I can see the messages & calendar appointments get downloaded onto the Ipaq through the progress bar. When I open the inbox or calendar there is no data. If I sync again the same amount of items download but with the same result., however If I sync with only the desktop computer via the cradle then all the items come flooding down to the ipaq. (I can still send e-mails remotely through the exchange server) Also if I select all of my inbox and subfolders in ‘Server Options’ on Active Sync these will be created on the next sync but once again no mail!

I have re-installed Active Sync 3.8 a few times but it is still the same situation, the exchange user profile is all set up to receive Active Sync and e-mails remotely. It’s very odd

If anyone could help it would be very grateful.

1x 4100
2x 5500 and Windows Small Business Server. (Exchange 2003)
