Anyway to sync contacts without having to install Outlook?

For my email I use Outlook Express, I don't particularly like Outlook.

My contacts on my iPaq are separate from my email address book.
Is there any way I can sync my contacts without having Outlook installed.

I just reformatted my pc and I really don't want to have to waste space putting Outlook on just so I can sync properly.

Also for some reason I don't have an option to sync my notes.

How come that's not available? Does that need outlook too?

Hi Jo. You will need Outlook. Not Outlook Express.

How were you syncing your data with yor PC before you reformatted/reinstalled everything on the PC?

I had installed Outlook, but I really didn't want to have to any big clunky software installed that I wasn't going to use with this clean reformat.

How come I can't sync my notes? Does that require Outlook as well???

Yes, Notes on the PC are a part of Outlook as well.

well you could buy some 3rd party sync software... or use a pen and pencil
