Have you tried doing a soft-reset to see if it fixes the problem?
Have you tried resolving the conflict within ActiveSync?

Tried that as well as hard reset. Resolving just loops back and does not do anything. thanks

Have you tried altering the rules for dealing with a conflict? (open A/S, click on Options, click on 'Rules' tab.)

The problem exists in one of two places, either on your PC or on your PPC; as we're not getting any indication of which of the two is the culprit it's a case of trying to fix the problem on each in turn to see where the problem lies.

On your PC - If you're happy that Outlook on your PPC is up-to-date, then search for & delete the *.pst file on your PC (actually, as another member pointed out, it would be safer just cutting & pasting it to another directory), then open Outlook - Oulook will realise there's no *.pst file & so will create one from scratch, leaving you with a 'brand new' account. Then just sync with your PPC & everything will be loaded back into Outlook on your PC.

On your PPC - Again, you will need to clear the data off your PPC & then sync with your PC to drag everything back across. Pocket Informant has an option for deleting calendar data - click on the coloured ball on the bottom bar, select "Utilities..." & then tap on "Delete All Appointments" (Before doing this I would be tempted to do a full backup, just in case...)

Try one of the above options first to see if that resolves it - if not then try the other option (it doesn't matter which one you try first). Hope that helps, & let us know how you get on.
