Suddenly yesterday my Activesync began hanging on the inbox sync. It starts synching and gets through the calendar tasks etc, but when I gets to the email it begins to sync but minimizes to the tray after 30-40 emails. There it just spins and spins and tells me 3min 53sec remaining or some other time. I cannot get it to bypass the inbox nor does it continuously sync while in the cradle. At first I though I had a corrupt email so I looked at the number it was choking on and deleted it from the ipaq. The next sync AS said it had 1045 emails to sync and proceeded to quadrupile the emails in the inbox until I stopped the sync. Does anybody have a fix for this, it really makes syncing difficult.

You can get A/S to bypass trying to sync your inbox by opening up A/S, clicking on Tools, then, under the 'Sync Options' tab, untick 'Inbox'.
