Apologies if this is the wrong forum, but I'm looking for advice on the best alternative to ActiveSync.

Currently I have a Ipaq 2210 (that I hard reset) and an ActiveSync backup file. Every time i restore this file the 2210 hangs at the end of the HP startup screen (after doing the soft reset it tells you to do). If I don't bother with the soft reset, I can access all of the items restored ie TomTom settings, calendar, contacts etc

Ideally, I'm looking for an app that can read my ActiveSync backup file and let me choose which parts I restore. Any help would be greatly appreciated
