I have had a few problems getting my Ipaq rx3715 to sync, just stopped for no reason I have browsed your forum and tried just about every solution and suggestion in here, this is my problem at the moment and i think if i can fix this problem then maybe it will work again.

After installing active sync 3.8 i recieve this error message .....

Registry settings failed
Setup failed to create one or more system regisrty settings. Microsoft active sync may not function properly until these settings are created.
You may need to run setup again for active sync to function properly.

Did you have your Ipaq connected to your PC when you installed A/S? (you shouldn't have.)

If you're getting regisrty errors it means that A/S hasn't installed properly, so I would uninstall it, reboot your PC, & then re-install it.
