Problem Syncing Contacts
I have a friend who has a smartphone running PPC 2K3 and a laptop with AS 3.8 and Outlook 200?. His phone took a hard dump and he performed a hard reset and restored from a back up, however, now his contacts are not syncing to the phone. If he edits the entry in Outlook, then performs another sync, viola, the contact moves. He could edit every entry (all 300 of them), but that's a bit counter productive. Any ideas on how to solve this one?
