On a new PC, this ipaq will show as connected, but not sync or attempt to create a partnership. There are no old partnerships to delete. Any ideas? ActiveSync 3.8/Ipaq 4300

I've got a similar problem. It's hx2190 and samsung P29 laptop. The Os WM 5.0 and Windows xp respectively. I useв the latest version of AS that is 4.1. It worked Ok for a while and then stopped syncing - all I could do was browsing files on the ipaq and its CF storage card. I could see anything but could do nothing - no copying deleting creating a new folder the AS wrote something about not having a permission and/or nor space available. First time it happened I just reinstalled the AS4.1 and it was Ok. But yesterday came the second crash - and neither reinstallation a dozen times nor AS4.0 helped - I am almost sure that I myself wont be able to find a solution other than reinstalling Windows Xp which I am not at all prepared to do. So please if anyone can think of some measures to try share with me and glitterlisa.
I'd also like to know if I buy a bluetooth adapter for my laptop to use with hx2190 instead of USB ActiveSync connection, shall I be able to manage files (I mean copy, delete) without recurring to the troublesome AS or it will still have an AS connection maintained for this?
