Hi all. I tried updating activesynce from 4.0 to 4.1 yesterday and encountered a problem. The install gave me a 'missing .dll error' and kicked out. I have since tried to uninstall AS 4.0 so I could do a clean install of 4.1, but now i get a 'missing .dll error' when I try to uninstall. Did some checking on the net and came across some info that I may need to update the windows installer, which I did. Still not able to uninstall AS or update it to 4.1, but I don't get the .dll error anymore, just a generic 'fatal error'. Any thoughts or suggestions? For clarification, I am running XP home with SP2 installed.
