Need to sync 2 different PDAs

OK, I'm sortof in the newbie catagorie for this question.

I am about to get a new Axim x51v and give my wife my "older" iPAQ hx2415. I had upgraded my 2415 to WM5 but have not been impressed with it. I was considering uninstalling WM and going back to WM2003SE for the hx2415.
Now, my question is: will I be able to sync both the iPAQ and the Axim into Outlook so that the schedules will match up. I need to be able to kep up with both her schedule and mine and vice versus. Will it be possible with two different OS's via AS4.0/4.1? I'm really not impressed with the trouble I've had with my 2415 running WM5 so I don't think keeping it WM5 is not an option as my wife is not proficient enough to remedy the problems that come up.
So in a nutshell.....Is it possible to sync the calender/schedule with both my new Axim and the iPAQ.

Thnx
JTMcD.

Yes, they can both sync on the same computer. You will need 4.0 or later if one or more of the devices are running WM5.
It will only be able to sync files seperate, but all other items (calendar, contacts, tasks, etc) you sync are shared among the devices that get synced.

Are the accounts you're talking about in the ActiveSync program or the WinXP OS?
example:
Within ActiveSync: do I just need to have 2 devices listed in under File: Mobile Device (1: iPAQ, 2: Axim)

OR

Under WindowsXP(Home) actually having to log in under 2 different accounts (1:His 2:Hers)

thnx
