Problems getting my ipaq 5450 to sync!

I can`t get my ipaq 5450 to sync with the usb cable, can`t find and recognise the ipaq.
Can`t get the bluetooth to work either.
But if I connect to the RS232 port, it works just fine.

Any tips? Search the internett and found lot of tips and trick`s for this but none of them seems to work!

Have you tried using another available USB port? (Might be a faulty port). Also, is the USB port enabled in the BIOS? Does the port work with any other USB device?

Yes, tried that to, but still can`t make it work.
