activesync issue or not?

Please help,

When I synchronize my IPAQ with the contacts in OUTLOOK I get all the names and the MOBILE phones transferred but not the HOME,r BUSINESS or the ADDRESS of that contact? I checked all of the sync options there is no place to check that mark to sync ALL of the data. PLEASE HELP.

I use the 3.8 ver of activesync and my outlook is v2003. Ipaq = 6515D.

I need my numbers. THANK YOU.

This is very strange behavior. There is no extra setting you need to set to get all this information synched to your PDA.

I think the first thing I would do is run SCANPST (Outlooks's inbox repair utility) on my Outlook database to see if it resolves the problem.

To run SCANPST, you'll need to find the utility program first and then locate where your Outlook.PST file is. You can search for these items - on my PC:

SCANPST.exe is in the \Program Files\Common Files\System\MSMAPI\1033 subdirectory and

Outlook.pst file is in C:\Documents and Settings\Julie\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst

If you search for these files, be sure you use the advanced search features and select the options to search hidden files and system files.

When you locate your Outlook.PST file, write down the full path to this file.

Then close Outlook
Select SCANPST.exe
This will bring up a dialogue box

Input the entire path and pst file name in the dialogue box.

Press the Start button

You may need to run SCANPST a few times to allow the utility to work through all the issues in your PST file.
