Hello, I just joined the forum and hopefully someone can help me out. A user purchased a PDA/Phone that uses ActiveSync to sync with Microsoft Outlook (ActiveSynch ver. 4.1.0). Our company uses the Contacts folder to contain all of the contacts of all the users in the company. Is there any way to have ActiveSync sync to a different Contacts folder withing Outlook? For example, have ActiveSync sync to Personal Contacts?

Another user has a Palm and such an option was available. What the user is doig right now is deleting all the contacts in the Contacts folder, pasting her personal contact in it, syncing, moving her personal contacts, then resyncing the company's software to recreate the contacts.

Now, I don't know about you guys, but there has to be a better way. What can she do to avoid such a mess?
