Activesync IP address settings
Activesync 4.0 does not work any more with My Ipaq 2790. I have beeen using it fine for over 6 months and suddenly it does not connect. I have read all the threads I can find but have not found anything the same as my problem.
When I put the Ipaq in the cradle nothing appears to happen. After about 2 minutes I get a message on my pocket PC saying "Unable to obtain a server-assingned IP address. Try again later or enter an IP address in network settings." I have tried putting an IP address in the various network settings, but still this does not help. The other problem is there are a lot of different network settings and I have no idea what they all do.
If I try to detect the device in connection settings from the PC it cannot find anything.
Anyone any Ideas how to resolve this?
