Active Sycn 4.1

Hi,
We have a laptop that we had to deinstall and reinstall Outlook 2003 due to Outlook crashing. After doing so Active Sync now says "profile has changed, cannot connect or profile password has changed", when trying to sync a cingular phone model 2125. I saved the old PST file and imported the info into the fresh install.

The phone has more up to date info in it that we want to sync and add in to Outlook, then sync as normal from that point foward. I have tried a number of things to get them talking to no avail, can anyone help?

Thanks,

Scott

So as to avoid repeating some of the things you have already tried, can you fill us in on what you have done to try to fix this problem?

Thanks for the reply

I have tried the following:

Creating new profile after fresh install of Outlook 2003.
Deleting mobile device and creating new partnership

Thanks.

I think I would delete ActiveSync and reinstall it.
