hope u can help me.
I recently reset my pocketpc. Activesync works, but it wants to sync 32 files. I said it "wants" because it stops syncing them. I dont know which files it wants to treat, but they seem to be too big (only explanation i have for stopping).
contacts etc. from outlook are synced perfectly.

- the desktop folder for files to be synced is empty.
- there are no programs to be installed (actually i think there are none)
- the "program uninstall" list of the pocketpc is empty

where else are files activesync tries to sync?
Is there a chance to see the filenames of the files it tries to sync?

i even reinstalled activesync in the meantime.
pls help

Open ActiveSync
Select Options. Under 'Sync Options', select the files icon, then hit 'Settings'
This should show you the files that are attempting to sync.

i already tried this, but in the shown folder are no files. thats why it is strange

I'm having exactly the same problem. Did you ever solve the issue?

I'm running activesync 4.2, mobile 2003 second on a iPAC 6515.
