Activesync: Push email "When new items arrive" cannot be selected
I have recently invested in an HTC Tytn Mobile 5 phone primarily to sync with my Exchange server. This has been relatively simple to set up and I can manually synchronise on Wi-Fi, GPRS, 3G etc.
However, the problems come with the Push Email service. I have set up everything to the letter and, in theory, everything should work. The real problem is that in Microsofts wonderful deployment information, they tell you to select "When new items arrive" in the schedule within Activesync - fine you think until you try to select this option and are forced to enter a device address to send an SMS! You cannot get round it. Can someone please explain to me how you are meant to select "When new items arrive" to use the Push Email service? Thanks | |||
