Help, cant get contacts to sync with new pda
Hi,
I just bought a MDA from tmobil, with windows mobil. Everytime i try to active sync it doesnt' put my contacts on the phone. It puts my notes on the phone but not my contacts. I upgraded to active sync 4.2, it upgraded my outlook to outlook 2002, then i up graded the phone software to the newest thing put out. Still can't get the contacts on the phone. Everytime I delete the devise and put in a new name it still won't do it..........I had a Treo 650 ugh!!! Way better I think.........very easy. What is wrong here. We (hubby, who is a puter guy) and me have been fooling around with this all day. Thanx | |||

Does activesync give an error when trying to sync your contacts?
