mails not visible in subfolders

Hi,
when I create new mail subfolders and drag mails into them, the subfolders become visible on my PDA after synchronization, but they are/appear empty. Sounds familiar to somebody? Solution known?

Outlook version is 2003, AS is 3.8 on Windoze 2000 (nope, can't update to 4.2, as uncle Bill says it requires XP).

TIA
Steven

No worries... it's one of those settings that's hidden away, and unless you know its there you might not see it.
