AS continually synchronizes. V4.1, 4.2, 4.5 Beta 2
My ActiveSync constantly synchronizes even when there are no changes in outlook, files, favorites, etc. When I connect to the cradle, it goes through the synchronization process once as it should. Says "Looking for changes"..."Synchronizing"...and check marks and progress bar update. Then it says "Connected, Synchronized" for about 1 second, then does the whole process over again, and again, and again...until I either STOP synchronization or take it out of the cradle. Even when I STOP the sync-ing, as soon as I start it again it never stops. Any ideas? I've tried to upgrade and this happens on all three of the versions referenced.

Happens on my hx2410 all the time. Drives me crazy. So I don't leave it in the cradle.

Does not happen with my hw6925 at all, so I wonder if this behavior has something to do with the operating system.
