Computer Recognizes Device But Wont Connect....HELP?!?!

I cannot get my computer to connect to the phone either, my computer recognizes the phone being connected but when I try to connect to Active Sync I get this error message:

If you have one and it is enabled, please turn-off your Firewall. Retry connecting and if it works, your Firewall was simply impeding the connection.
