I've been down this road before, but I can't remeber what the issue is, nor can I seem to find the keywords for an effective search.

I had a nice productive afternoon with my Axim yesterday and today, watching my kids swim in the inflatable kiddie pool and entering a long string of tasks on my Axim. So I sync the Axim tonight (AS 4.2) to Outlook 2000 (SP-3), and only some of the tasks come over into Outlook.

So I sync a couple of more times. Nothing. No movement. Can see 'em on the Ax, but not a glimmer in Outlook.

Then I kick around in Outlook - maybe I have a filter going or something? No.

Okay. Simple list. Nada. Drag the categories header to sort... bing! Activesync starts again and brings everything over.

What gives? My default view of tasks in both Tasks and Calendar is by categories, so the little reshuffle above just restored what is normally my standard view.
