Sync Outlook to file
Is there a way to convert items in Outlook (i.e., appointments, contacts, etc.) directly to a format that can be read by my PDA? The problem is that my company doesn't allow privately-owned PDAs to connect with our network, so when I make changes to my work calendar, contacts, etc., I have to drag the changed items to a thumbdrive or SD card, then drag them from the thumbdrive/SD card to my personal computer after I get home before I can sync them with my PDA. While I cannot connect my PDA to my work network, I can transfer data directly to/from my PDA (via a SD card), so converting Outlook items would easily allow me to keep my PDA sync'd.
Thanks, Steve Wallace | |||

You can export/import them. Go to File, Import and Export then follow the prompts.

You can export to a comma delimited format that can then be read with Excel.
