Syncing Whole Folders instead of files

I use Vista Home Premium (with Office 2007) and WM2003 SE

I want to update my entire folder (not just indiviual files) using Briefcase on my laptop with my Axim and then be able update or edit these files on both on the Axim and my laptop.

What is the best way to go about this?
Is there an add on for Office 2007 files that makes documents readable on pocketword or vice versa?

You will need to find another piece of software to do that. I use Mighty Sync, but I don't think it is compatible with Vista yet.

Another thing you could do is sync directly to an SD card (use a USB card reader if your computer does not have an SD card slot). Then you can insert the SD card into the Pocket PC and good to go.
