Aximsitewifiicon Any WiFi solutions?

Hello,
Has anyone found a solution for syncing WM5 over WiFi?
I know that officially this is impossible. I'm looking for any hacks that allow that, like registry editing or even patching the Activesync software.
Has anyone found ANY way of syncing over WiFi?

Greetings NegativeIQ! Welcome to the Mobiltysite Forums!

To the best of my knowledge, you can still synchronize with WM5 with version 3.8 of ActiveSync. I may be wrong though...

3.8 is really hard to find, so even if I am right, you may still be in for a hard time just trying to find a site that hosts this version.

I don't believe you can use 3.8 with WM5 from what I've read. I didn't think WM5 worked with anything other than AS 4.0-4.5 & Vista's Mobile sync app.

Elrendhel is mistaken (and breley correct). WM5 only works with AS 4.x and WiFi syncing with your PC is not possible.

Those instructions are for a device with WM03 and probably was using a version of AS earlier than the 4.x series. WiFi syncing was available with those conditions (and I had instructions in the WiFi Guide for doing it).
