I've seen some discussion about ActiveSync not playing nice with Outlook, but nothing about this issue: the only menu item that isn't grayed out under Tools is Add/Remove Programs. My Axim x51v syncs itself about every seven minutes while it's cradled and the computer is on. This is driving me nuts, but without the Schedule option available, I can't tell it to do otherwise. Does anyone have a magic spell for this?

Use the "Fake Server" fix to ungrey out the Schedule option and change it to "manual":
