ActiveSync Why has it taken so long for this category?

Internet Explorer

Every time I try to log on with Explorer (while in cradle), I get the message, "The address is not valid. Check the address and try again." Any suggestions would be gladly welcome.

Which sites did you try? And are you trying to access the internet while connected via ActiveSync? (I noticed you posted in the ActiveSync forum.) Which device do you have?

I have an x51v and I try to connect to hotmail via Activesync cradle. When I first had the Axim, I accessed any site I chose. Since then, I get the above stated message.

See if you can go into your ActiveSync settings to allow internet. (I can't give you anymore details because I'm still using ActiveSync 3.8).

As it turns out, it was Microsoft's fault the whole time! Some of the newly released "updates" screwed with my ActiveSync connectivity, now that I installed the latest update, as of last night, everything's copacetic again, Fantastic. Until next time...
