When an ActiveSync connection is made between a PC & Windows Mobile device, A/S lists how many items are in need of being sync'd.

Does anybody know if there is any kind of "companion" utility or software package (freeware would be preferable) which in tandem with A/S would list the specifics of which items will be sync'd (i.e. the name of the Note, Contact, Task, etc.)?

Sometimes A/S lists that items are to be sync'd but I don't recall changing anything, so it'd be interesting to know specifically what A/S thinks has changed before doing the actual sync....
