Activesync & Trend Micro Internet Security
I've have a weird problem with Activesync and Trend Micro Internet Security. Whenever I turnoff my cradled and synced x51v, the Trend Micro Internet Security firewall profile changes from the currently activated profile.
I'm wondering if anyone else has the same problem and whether there is a fix.

ive never used the trend fw, but it should have the ability to add a "trusted zone" or "trusted network" to which you could apply your activesync connection.
see this link for more information ActiveSync 4.x Troubleshooting Guide - Firewall, VPN and Proxy and eventually this link ActiveSync Help & How Tos and you should use comodo or outpost firewall... ![]() jd

Thanks for the links. However, I've been able to solve the problem. For some reason, turning off the 51v while cradled activated a change location routine in the Trend Micro Internet Security program. I had the autochange option activated. Once I deactivated the autochange option, it stopped changing the profile.
