Exchange Sync gives no new message alert

I recieve alerts on my pop and ldap accounts, but not from the exchange sync (over the air)

The messages appear and send fine, just no alert message or sound as all the other email accounts do.

Ideas?

1 owa acct
1 exchange mobile acct
