I have a sprint mogul and a lenovo T-60 laptop, which doesn't seem to have built in blue tooth.
Right now active sync is installed. If I usb the laptop to the phone, first it says its a mass storage device, when a randis device, then a wm mobile device. Then it says the device is installed and ready to use. Then active sync opens on the puter, the green thing spins for awhile, sometimes it says it connects and then it sputters and then I get the message that it cannot connect.

I am on my phone now and can't connect to my puter right now. I can probably add some detail later.

Now my question is. I've tried connecting after hard resetting and it that didn't help.

I am thinking of hard resetting the laptop to factory fresh condition and hard resetting the phone as well.
What else would u try?
I know sprint came out with a rom upgrade for the mogul last week, but how do I get it into the phone if it won't actice sync?
