Hello,

I'm syncing my ETEN M700 with WM5.0, with MS Outlook 2007 running on WinXP SP2. I'm using AS 4.5 (build 5096). The process was going great until now, but today i've noticed something really strange. Only ~300 of my 500 contacts are synchronized. Moreover, new contacts are not transferred to the device at all. Activesync shows that everything is in order, but the contacts never show up (same applies to tasks, calendar items, etc...).
I've tried the following:
- hard reset the device
- delete partnership
- reinstall Activesync
- reinstall Outlook

It looks like AS filters the items based on some sort of timestamp. The strangest thing is that when new contacts are added on the device, they're transferred to the desktop just fine.
I've tested this on my other system, with exact same setup, and there everything seems to work just fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you checked to confirm that the contacts on your pocket pc is not filtered? Open Contacts > Menu > Filter > is "All Contacts" selected?
